Clearing Skies; BreezyApril 16th, 2012 at 7:52 am by Lindsey Monroe under Weather
It will be a very windy day with gusts out of the southwest up to 45 mph. For this, a wind advisory is in effect for our Indiana counties through 6 p.m. EDT, although everyone will experience a rather breezy day. Temperatures will be steady in the low to mid 60s with decreasing clouds.
Tonight: Skies will continue to clear during the overnight hours tonight. We’ll also see the winds shifting out of the north and gusting near 20 mph. This will usher in some cooler air, helping to drop temperatures into the lower 40s during the overnight hours.
Tomorrow: Tuesday will be a dry day with partly cloudy skies and temperatures peaking in the mid 60s, which is pretty seasonal for this time of year.
Extended Forecast: Temperatures will warm up slightly into the lower 70s on Wednesday and Thursday. Rain chances return to the forecast on Thursday and last through the first part of the day on Saturday. When the rain clears this weekend, temperatures will fall with highs only reaching the upper 50s.
