Pleasant Today; Rain Chances Tomorrow

April 19th, 2012 at 8:05 am by under Weather

Areas of patchy fog are not out of the question for the first part of the day today with calm winds and clear skies. We’ll see increasing clouds as we get into the afternoon hours today. It will be an overall warmer day with high temperatures topping out about 10° above average in the mid 70s.

Tonight: Skies will be partly cloudy during the overnight hours tonight. Temperatures stay fairly mild in the mid 50s. The rain looks to hold off at least til the first part of the day on Friday.

Friday: Scattered rain showers and possibly a few isolated thunderstorms are possible on Friday as a cold front slides through the area. Temperatures will peak in the mid 60s and continue to fall during the day.

Extended Outlook: The good news is that it looks like the rain should be out of here for the weekend. Unfortunately, temperatures will cool down quite a bit once the rain passes.
