Severe T’Storm Watch Issued

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch has been issued for Clark, Clay, Crawford, Cumberland, Effingham, Jasper, Lawrence, Richland, Shelby in Illinois till 7:00 PM CDT.

We are watching for thunderstorms to develop as we get further into the late afternoon/early evening hours. The main threat will be 1″+ hail as well as stronger wind gusts. Remember lightning is always a threat with any thunderstorm.
