A Chilly WeekendSeptember 22nd, 2012 at 9:55 pm by Lindsey Monroe under Weather
The gusty wind we have experienced all day will start to calm as we head into the later evening hours. With the calmer wind and clear skies, temperatures will fall all the way back into the mid 30s! Areas of patchy frost are likely to develop as well. The clear sky will stick around for Sunday but temperatures won’t be much warmer than what we had today. Temperatures will struggle to get into the lower 60s. Then for Sunday night into Monday morning, temperatures will be even cooler dropping back near 32°. A Frost Advisory has been issued for all of our Indiana counties from 2 a.m. til 9 a.m. on Monday.
Looking ahead at next week, Monday will be the last sunny and cool day. Warmer temperatures return for the rest of the week as well as day to day rain chances.
