HISTORY REPEATING?

With Hurricane Sandy combining with another storm system, we have the makings of a massive, destructive storm. This set-up is eerily similar to what happened on almost the same day in 1991. The storm was the inspiration for the term, “The Perfect Storm”, and has also been called the “Halloween Nor’easter of 1991″.
